Eric Hooper
ChairmanEric has a deep knowledge of finance, risk and business analysis due to his experience as a Director, Senior Executive and as a Consultant.
Eric’s wide range of roles have included Deputy Chair of both Synergy and Verve Energy and Vice Chairman of Ocean Gardens Inc. In all his previous board roles Eric has also chaired the Audit and Risk Committees.
Eric was a former Chief Financial Officer at St John of God Healthcare and previously served as a Director of Corporate Advisory and Chief Financial Officer at Oakvale Capital and a partner in Black House (a strategy consulting firm).
Eric holds a Bachelor of Business. He also has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ann Robinson
Deputy Chair and Non Executive DirectorAnn’s executive career includes senior roles at Wesfarmers Limited in mergers & acquisition, commercial business management and as Chief Financial Officer at Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers.
Ann’s experience spans project evaluation, corporate strategy, financial reporting, risk management, governance and audit. Before joining Wesfarmers, Ann worked as a management consultant in Australia, South Africa and the United States supporting clients across a wide range of industries with a focus on strategy setting and performance improvement.
Ann currently serves on the Boards of D’Orsogna Limited and the Rottnest Island Authority, and is a member of the Curtin University Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee.
Ann holds a Bachelor in Psychology, Bachelor of Arts (Economics & Psychology), Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Angus Samson
Non Executive Director and Samson Family memberAngus is a sixth generation Samson family member who sits on the Board. He is a great-great-great- grandson of Lionel Samson.
Angus is a 20+ year corporate tax professional and qualified Chartered Accountant, with experience in both the Big Four accounting firms and oil and gas majors. Angus is currently the Tax Manager for Japan Australia LNG (MIMI) Pty Ltd, an oil and gas producer with significant LNG interests in Western Australia.
Angus has also had senior taxation roles with Chevron Australia and Eni Australia.
Angus currently Chairs the meetings of the main three family holding companies (W.H.J. Samson Pty Ltd, Calista Pty Ltd and F.C. Cook & Co Pty Ltd) and is also a Director of W.H.J. Samson Pty Ltd.
Angus has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Western Australia and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Edward Michael Samson (Ted)
Non Executive Director and Samson Family memberTed is a fifth generation Samson family member who sits on the Board. He is a great-great-grandson of Lionel Samson.
Ted served 18 months in the Australian Army and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, including with Unity Insurance Brokers.
Ted was previously a director of Sadleirs Vineyard Management Pty Ltd (formerly Plantagenet Vineyard Management Pty Ltd) which owned and managed Plantagenet Wines. Plantagenet Wines was previously part of the Group.
Ted is also a Director of W.H.J. Samson Pty Ltd, one the three main family holding companies.
Ted is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Ian Cook
Non Executive Director and Samson Family memberIan is a fifth generation Samson family member who sits on the Board. He is a great-great-grandson of Lionel Samson.
Ian joined the Company in 1972 as the Financial Controller and was the Managing Director from 1993 to 2012.
Ian is also a Director of F.C. Cook & Co. Pty Ltd, one of the three main family holding companies.
Ian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (CA), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Ingilby Dickson
Non Executive DirectorIngilby has extensive supply chain experience and strong business expertise, gained both locally and internationally in a range of industries and iconic companies including Bluescope Steel, Goodman Fielder, Toll and Hutchinson Telecom. Ingilby led the supply chain logistics and processing divisions of BlueScope from 2003 to 2015.
Ingilby chaired the Australian Logistics Council Code of Practices for 10 years and continues to support industry safety initiatives. He is recognised by industry as a champion of best practice and workplace safety.
Ingilby has extensive board experience predominately in the logistics and transport sector, having previously been a Non Executive Director of the Port of Melbourne Corporation, Altus Traffic Management, Ron Finemore Transport and board member of the Australian Logistics Council. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Martin & Pleasance and a member of the Bestrane Advisory Board.
Ingilby has a Bachelor of Business, Management, is a qualified Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Directors (GAICD).
